Returns Policy


NoBa Homes sells high-quality products; we also understand that sometimes you may need to exchange or return products you purchased in case they do not fit your needs or if the wrong product was accidentally delivered. We will willingly accept returned products, refund, and offer exchange within 30 days from the date of purchase. Note that the products you wish to refund or exchange must be sealed, unused, and in their original packing.

In case you receive any damaged, wrong, or faulty product, please feel free to contact our Customer Services team on +44 7466 303100 or email us at sheikhmohammad924@hotmail.com to learn about the refund or return process. You can report faulty or damaged products within 30 days of delivery; any claim after that will not be accepted.

The claimed products must be returned in their original packing and in “AS NEW” condition. If you have unsealed the delivery box to view the products, it must be done in a way that the original packing stays intact. Neither the packing nor the product should be damaged in order to claim a successful refund or return.

The “FREE GIFTS” must be returned with the products as well.

The expense of the returned or unwanted goods will be your responsibility, and NoBa Homes will not be responsible for the expense or risks associated. The return authorization process takes up to 14 days from the date we receive the returned products. Goods returned before authorization will be returned to you at your expense.

Products that meet the criteria and conditions during inspection by our Returns department for completeness and correct product return will be fully refunded. Products received in the original packing box and unused, with all accessories and elements included in resellable condition, will be refunded the full invoice amount minus the cost of delivery. If we receive products that are not in a condition to be sold again or that violate the above terms, the goods will be returned to you, and the cost of delivery will be charged to you.
