Refund Policy

NoBa Homes understands that sometimes you accidentally receive the wrong product that might not fit your interior; therefore, we willingly offer you the return or refund of the products. Refund Rules
All the gifts, along with the products you claim to return, must be returned as well. Also, note that the charges and risks associated with the product returning are up to you, and NoBa Homes would not be responsible for them. You can return the items in new and unused condition within 30 days of the purchase date. If you want to cancel or return the order, you need to tell us within 14 days, beginning from the day you made the purchase or received the goods. The products are passed through an authorization process as soon as we have received them to ensure that they meet our terms and conditions of the refund policies to initiate the next process. To claim the refund or return, the product must be “as new” as when purchased; if you return the product in its original packaging or still sealed, you will be refunded the full invoice amount minus the delivery cost. But in case we find the products that are not in resalable condition or violate the terms and conditions of our refund policy, you cannot claim the money back or exchange the goods. Moreover, these products will be returned to you, and you will be responsible to pay the cost of delivery.
